I would love to be able to leave a review for these guys since I'm always hearing great things about these guys..... but hours ate horrible for working people who work during the week are only open very few days and very limited hours.

I once lived in Leysin, Switzerland, right near the French alps. I KNOW when croissants are just edible and when they are authentic in flavor and execution. Duluth's Best Bread makes great stuff across the board, but no one comes close to the perfect croissant made by this bakery. Flaky, buttery, chewy, and flavorful--it is the quintessential French pastry found here in the middle of the Northland. Kudos to DBB for superior knowledge of baking overall and exceptional croissants.
Delicious bakery (a tiny hole in the wall) in the heart of Lincoln Park. The bread is baked perfectly and priced right but the prices are a bit high for the pastries and croissants. However once you bite into the divine tasting almond croissant, you forget all about the $4 price tag. Sweet, nutty, buttery, with a crunch--amazing. Several restaurants around town serve their cinnamon rolls and they also have a kiosk in the mall around the holidays.
