Maintenance followed up with requests in a timely matter. The clubhouse has good amenities such as free coffee. Large closets are also a plus!

I have lived at Campus Park for three years now and would continue to if I wasn't moving after graduation. The remodeling done this year has improved the quality and value of our unit and they didn't even raise the price. The management has been constantly improving and they seem to listen to our feedback, for example the WiFi used to not work well but after the upgrade they made last year based on our feedback I haven't had any problems. You get an amazing amount of amenities and a nice apartment with a great maintenance team, making the price worth it. Only downside is it is a little far from UMD.
This is my second year living at Campus Park and I am very happy with my experience. With the new staff in the Clubhouse, anytime I have needed to contact someone, they have responded to me right away. I lived in a house my first year in Duluth and paid an arm and a leg in utilities and hated having to shovel my own driveway - all of that is included at Campus Park! I saved money too by taking the free shuttle to class. The fitness areas, coffee, and printing are also extremely convenient. I would absolutely recommend living here!
I would not recommend living here. I personally have not had a good experience. From move in day we have had problems. On move in day we had 3 girls in our unit, when there are 5 bedrooms. Without warning, a few weeks later, a girl walked into our locked unit announcing she was our new roommate. We had no notice from management about her arrival. They just gave her keys giving her access to roam our house with our possessions in the "shared space". When I brought this to their attention I dealt with nothing but rude workers and disrespect. They also don't inform all the roommates when maintenance is going to enter your unit. I came home from school one day to find my bed moved, desk moved, blankets and pillows on the floor and clothes hamper dumped everywhere. My bedroom was locked, so I knew it had been maintenance/management that had entered my space without telling me. When I brought this to their attention, they didn't seem to find it an issue. Each time I come in contact with management or any workers, they are ALWAYS rude. For paying $500 a month I expect to be treated well and my property to be respected. The amenities aren't nice enough or worth it to me, or anyone else I have talked to, when we aren't respected. Look for other options thoroughly before signing a lease with them.
