a great happy hour! Outside of happy hour it is way to expensive... a sandwich and fries can run a person $20.00... just go to the duluth grill for locally sourced food, they clearly are struggling with their business plan. This is the death rattle for this place. It is very sad since I love their place in canal park and their food... they used to have a 5 star rating from me, now it is clearly dead.
They smoke their own fish! It's the best period. The sandwiches are out of this world. Service is great and fun to interact with. New seating is more traditional restaurant with a lounge area. Bucket list place!
The original location in Canal Park was one of my favorite places and now this new location has an even better atmosphere with the same amazing food. The Ragin Cajun is one of my all time favorite sandwiches so if you like fish at all, you need to check this place out.
I've always loved the Canal Park location. It is a must stop while in Duluth. First time checking out the Woodland location and it did not disappoint. Great space, atmosphere and delicious food as expected. Service was exceptional! Can't wait for my next visit to Duluth to stop at Northern Waters.
Didn't live up to all the other restaurants I ate at in Duluth but decent. For a small menu I expect them to deliver the best items ever. There are better places in Duluth...
