Nice location across from mall, room was clean, but bed was harder than I would prefer but not the worst I've slept on. Biggest complaint would be that the hot tub had way too much chlorine in it.
Very UNPROFESSIONAL manager at this hotel named Darron. Was overcharged and he told me there was nothing he could do about it. Also was very rude and didn't care about his customer service at all. PLENTY of other nice hotels in Duluth for around the same price, save yourself the headache and don't go here. Beds also SUCKED.
Everyone working here works hard. From the people working at the desk, the person stocking the breakfast so nothing runs out the housekeeping. I like that sheets are bleached, and they do a good job. Rooms are nice, clean, has mini fridge and microwave. It's across from a mall with other shopping and restaurants nearby. Close to UMD which is one reason for us to stay there. Will be back.

Stayed here for a weekend visit to Duluth. Our room was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was much appreciated as included in the price of our stay. The room was reasonably priced, and while we were not directly downtown by the lake, it only took 10 to 15 minutes to get to anywhere we wanted to go in town.
