Wow!!! Very disappointed with my phone call to this store! The salesperson (male) that answered was either just released from the I want to lose your business ward or wanted to get home for a bought with his wife, girlfriend or whatever. Had a simple question and I felt like an idiot. Was going to spend my money there but looks like Amazon or a different outlet will get my business. What happened to customer service?

Great tool and lawn & garden store. They have the top brands, plenty of stock with a knowledgeable sales staff with great prices.
Front desk was very nice but they had a clearance table full of used tools on sale, there was about three signs that said they haggle with you on price. Turns out certain tools can only be sold by the people at the repair center, so I brought a tool there and ask to haggle, he rudely told me he won't budge and fought me on it for a couple minutes not giving me any deal. I would have bought the tool at full price but not after being treated like and idiot, five dollars off and I would have been happy. Everything else there might be fine but this is definitely a case where one rotten apple spoils the whole barrel and left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
