Never have I been dismissed so quickly. Called to inquire about Tiffany jewelry, and more than once she tried to end the call. Bear in mind the call didn't last a full minute by the end. Yikes.
Dannie, the owner, has some serious issues with customer service that she has not been willing to correct. I'm sad for her because this will eventually cause her to lose her business. A new store has opened and I recommend that you shop at The Loft up by the mall. Great customer service and really great items. I haven't returned to Dannie Duluth since The Loft opened.
I've been forbidden from buying a dress (not just trying on, BUYING) that was in the window because the woman working there didn't want to redress the mannequin in a different outfit. Fine, I want to buy it and I'll come back for it when you switch the window display. Nope, she didn't want to bother with that. Very poor customer service.
If you want to try anything on that you see in the window don't bother stopping. You can't buy or try on anything on a manaquin unless it's a Sunday when they switch the outfit. She said it's not worth the time to take it off for only a couple dollars that she will make on it. I even offered to pay for it without trying it on but she still wouldn't take it off. She also made the comment "you're going to wear that to a bridal shower?!!!!"
Owner seems fixated with clothing primary focused for a specific female body type - let's just say it's an extremely limited selection if you tend to be larger or taller.
