Brought in a powered mixer as he was the local behringer factory rep. Never heard what the problem was, never received a phone call, email, never received the mixer. It just vanished, as did my patronage. Do not go here.
Horrible customer service I was referred to this guy because I was told he was really nice and can get things done quickly. It's Tuesday and I need something fixed by Saturday. I'm not even sure if it needs parts it may be a 2 min fix I walked into the shop and he immediately gave me an attitude and told me that my request was ridiculous.I can certainly understand time constraints but don't ever tell a customer that there request is ridiculous when they are trying to be patron of your business.
